“CAPTEC” brand FLEXPRUF 400 is a waterproofing sheet material which is specially designed for underground engineerings with international advanced technology, it can bind the later cast concrete form a firm structure. It takes the specially-made HDPE/TPO film as waterproof base material, on one side of HDPE/TPO film we cover with butyl self-adhesive and on the exposed surface of composite butyl adhesive, we apply weather-resistant protecting particles layer or release film. There is 70mm wide composite adhesive band for overlapping joint along longitudinal direction of the sheet material. There are self-healing function for its self-adhesive layer and weatherresistant layer, it reacts with liquid concrete and cures to be a waterproof layer, this layer binds with concrete firmly and gaplessly, stopping water fleeing, therefore this material is able to increase the liability of waterproofing system.

Transportation and storage

· During storage and transportation, different types and specifications of products are stacked separately.
· Avoid sun and rain, pay attention to ventilation, and the storage temperature should not be higher than 45°C.
· When stacking flat storage, the stacking height does not exceed five layers, and it is forbidden to have acids, alkalis, oils and have Organic solvent contact.
